A COURSE CAN BE CANCELLED if there are too few participants. The course fee will be returned in full to the student by deposit into his/her bank account. In such cases, the school´s office will contact the student in order to get his/her IBAN account number. No refund is given for tuition fees paid for with leisure time vouchers, but the payment can be used for participation in an equivalent course.
IF A STUDENT INFORMS THE SCHOOL of his/her intention not to attend the course 10 days or earlier before the start of the course, 80 % of the course fee will be returned to the student by deposit into his/her bank account. No refund is given of tuition fees paid for with leisure time vouchers. If a student is unable to begin a course because of illness, 80 % of the course fee will be returned to the student by deposit into his/her bank account. The school should be informed about the situation as quickly as possible and written verification of the medical reason for the student´s inability to attend the course from a physician or a public-health nurse must be given to the school. No refund is given of tuition fees paid for with leisure time vouchers.
THE ABOVE TERMS OF CANCELLATION apply also when an employer is paying for the course.
