Helsingin aikuisopisto organizes courses for the unemployed such as, for example, a five-day course for determining the extent of the student´s knowledge of Finnish society and the Finnish language along with courses in the basic skills of reading and writing and Finnish-language courses at various levels relating to working life. You must apply for these courses with your local employment office.
