The Institute of Adult Education in Helsinki has premises for hire in its office's located at Töölöntullinkatu 8. (look at the map).

The list prices below are valid as of 1.1.2009.

Equipment and services

• All rooms are furnished with desks, and most of the classrooms also have a computer, audio & video equipment and document camera.

• The rental fee is all-inclusive and as such includes the services of the caretaker and use of standard eguipment, supplies and furnishings (overhead projector, felt pens, blackboard, flipchart) and when needed a T.V, & video recorder). The use of audio-visual equipment and the use for photocopying services should be discussed and agreed upon in advance.

• If special caretaker service's are arranged for the party hiring our premises, a separate charge will be levied to offset that cost.

• Our Institute does not have parking facilities to place at the disposal of the a foresaid party.

• If our premises are hired on an hourly basis, rent will be charged for every hour or part there of.

• A 50 % cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations not made at least one week before the scheduled event.
